World Vision is looking for 3 Trainers, one for Bucharest office and two for Constanta office – each 8h/day.
The Trainer will support implementation of UNHCR Livelihoods Project in Romania covering the Constanta area/ Bucharest area. The trainer will report directly to the Area coordinator and will closely work with the implementation project team & UCR program.
The main role of the trainer is to organize and delivery weekly and monthly thematic workshops on entrepreneurial skills to project beneficiaries, covering topics such as: introduction to pre-entrepreneurship, starting a business, marketing strategy, promotion policy, financing a business, developing business products/services, business development strategies and risks, business plan.
The trainer will work closely with the Area coordinator in all project implementation processes to ensure high implementation quality of the UNHCR Project.
