World Vision is looking for 1 Job Integration Expert, for Bucharest office – 8h/day
The Job Integration Expert (JIE):
- will report directly to the Area coordinator and will closely work with the implementation project team & UCR program.
- will support implementation of UNHCR Livelihoods Project in Romania covering the Bucharest area.
- will facilitate for selected project beneficiaries: weekly sessions to enhance candidate readiness through skill assessment, language evaluation, pre-screening, and CV-interview guidance for successful employment; facilitate bi-monthly training sessions to support the job application process, while emphasizing securing immediate entry-level formal positions as well as higher-quality employment prospects; provide advanced employment assistance upskilling, career development and recruiting services, through individual counselling sessions, to formally employed persons who demonstrate a significant likelihood of earning advanced forms of employment and establish comprehensive monthly onboarding sessions offering step-by-step guidance on utilizing Government Employment Agency services, to ensure effective access and utilization; support refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable host communities with career coaching and counselling-oriented psycho-social support sessions.
Required Professional Experience:
- General professional experience: minimum 3 years
- Specific experience in employment or social services – minimum 2 years
- Problem-solving attitude/Team cooperation/Team work skills
- Communication and relational skills./Proactivity
- Attention and responsibility in the execution of tasks
- Excellent organization, planning, motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills
