World Vision is looking for 2 Entrepreneurship Expert, one for each office Bucharest and Constanta – each 4h/day.
The Entrepreneurship Expert (EE) reporting to Area Coordinator and Project Manager by supporting implementation of UNHCR Livelihoods project Constanta Area to ensure high implementation quality of project activities. The main role of EE will be to facilitate monthly individual and group entrepreneurial counselling sessions addressing legal, financial, and other practical barriers in developing a business. The EE will provide mentoring, tutoring, coaching services for businesses started through a project-constitution of a legal form, operational plan, successful management, promotion and marketing, customer care, strategic planning, etc. The EE will work closely with the local / project team in all project implementation processes to ensure high implementation quality of the UNHCR Project
Required Professional Experience:
- General professional experience: minimum 4 years
- Specific experience in in entrepreneurship (preferably consultant) – minimum 3 years
- Problem-solving attitude, Team cooperation
- Good teaching skills, Organizational and planning skills
- Team work skills, Communication and relational skills.
- Proactivity/ Attention and responsibility in the execution of tasks
- Excellent organization, planning, motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information

- Direct responsibility for quality execution a assigned duties, the application of the World Vision Romania Foundation’s policies in working with vulnerable persons
