REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
ICT Workshops for children
Tender NO. 42.1_20.03.2023
World Vision Romania (WVR) invites Service Providers of ICT to submit a proposal for ICT Workshops for children based on the Terms of References, requirements and terms and conditions set forth in this Request For Proposal (RFP). The goal is to provide WVR with ICT services for children, in Romania, in two cities: Bucharest respective in Suceava. The supplier shall submit the offer for the services as per attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
For this reason, WV invites all potential entities to submit the offers and all documentation required including:
1. Services Provider’s feedback by May 11, 2023, 17.00 the latest, to the email address: achizitii@wvi.org
2. Providing a certified copy of business registration.
3. Providing a copy of the registration certificate and licenses;
4. Agree and sign the ” CodDeConduita”;
5. Submit the „RO Formular Inreg. Furnizor” filled in and signed.
Offers should be submitted:
1 – Only via email at this address: achizitii@wvi.org
2 – Offers/applications received in other email addresses other than achizitii@wvi.org and after the deadline will not be accepted
3- Suppliers/Service providers that fail to comply with required documents can result not to be considered for further comparison.
