In these globally difficult times, we are here to tell all of you: WE CONTINUE TO HELP THOUSANDS OF CHILDREN HAVE THE HOPE OF A BETTER FUTURE. We offer education because education is transformative, it is what fuels and nourishes the evolution of a child.
It is said that good is done in silence. But when it is uncovered, Good becomes even greater.
And for 31 years, you and the other #HiddenHeroes of World Vision Romania, have been doing GOOD without seeking recognition.
Whether we are talking about teachers, psychologists, social workers, individual and corporate donors, volunteers or employees, they have all seeded HOPE in the lives of over 560,000 children and adults in 500 rural communities, located in 18 counties, the direct beneficiaries of our programs.
Your involvement, of hidden heroes, has had a major impact on education, social protection, health, social entrepreneurship and rural development, as well as emergency interventions.
Our work is now more important than ever. This period has certainly put Romania’s educational system in the spotlight, and all the shortcomings were seen clearly.
But all children deserve to have access to education and only together with you can we make schools in Romanian villages places where children can continue to learn.
That is why we call for quality education and have partenered with Tech for School for the immediate support of children and schools in rural areas.
